The regional teams at RIFAST Systems have come together to globally re-organize the company to better suit our global customers and their needs!
In 1996, The RIBE group in Germany created RIFAST as a means to support the clinch fastening market. Since then, we have been on a mission to grow beyond borders. In 2002, we added RIFAST Systems LLC to support the North American market, located in the United States. We’ve continued to grow, and, in that time, we are now proudly present in China, Mexico, South Korea, Slovakia, and Spain—delivering world-class fastening solutions to customers around the globe.
Now we are taking the next bold step with a new unified global leadership team to drive efficiency, spark innovation, and elevate customer value across all regions—led by Tolga Bayraktar.
This team of global leaders includes:
- Ronald Mayer – Global Head of Sales & Business Development/President of Americas
- Damien Emo – Global Head of Innovation & Engineering/President of Europe
- Thomas Pritchard – President of China
- Jason Schaible – Global Head of Supply Chain/EVP, Finance and Operations of Americas
